“I understand that AI may assist my work but does not remove my responsibility to follow company policy, protect information, verify material outputs and escalate uncertainty before consequential action.”
Record the policy title, version, effective date and approving authority.
The learner sees the operative requirements after or alongside relevant training.
GovernSeal can preserve the learner identity, policy version, timestamp and status as a selected governance event.

Instead of only showing that an employee completed training, the organization can show which policy governed the work, when the learner acknowledged it and whether that policy was current at the relevant time.
Acknowledgement does not transfer responsibility to the employee or establish legal compliance by itself.
