Company AI governance policy
Internal expectations for acceptable use, information protection, verification, DHITL oversight, escalation, training, evidence and accountability.
View sample policy →GovernSeal connects AI governance policy, NATO SAT-informed workforce training, human oversight expectations, policy acknowledgements, verifiable certificates and selected operational records into a clearer evidence ledger for an evolving governance and liability environment.
GovernSeal does not guarantee compliance or eliminate liability. It helps an organization demonstrate that it adopted identifiable governance measures, trained people, preserved human responsibility, responded to selected governance events and retained verifiable evidence.
Internal expectations for acceptable use, information protection, verification, DHITL oversight, escalation, training, evidence and accountability.
View sample policy →A dated public statement explains human responsibility, verification, data protection, training and review without exposing protected controls.
See company example →Performance gaps, defined outcomes, practical scenarios, assessment and evaluation support training effectiveness rather than passive completion.
See training method →Connect the learner to the exact policy version, effective date and acknowledgement event that applied at the relevant time.
See acknowledgement →Refresh competence when time, role, technology, policy, incidents or governance expectations materially change.
See refresh model →Applicable training generates a unique credential ID. The certificate is the human-readable record; GovernSeal is the verification layer behind it.
See sample certificate →The demonstration recomputes a SHA-256 digest from registered completion fields and detects silent changes to those fields.
Run verification →Selected higher-risk workflows can record where an authorized human verified, challenged, escalated, overrode or stopped AI-influenced work.
See intervention register →Selected records can show that an AI-related problem was contained, reviewed and followed by proportionate corrective action.
See corrective-action record →Authorized review can assemble policy, training, credentials, acknowledgements and selected governance events with an integrity manifest.
Open sample packet →The combined record helps show that governance was designed, communicated, trained, operated and reviewed—not merely written after an incident.
See evidence model →The demo stores a cryptographic digest of the sample completion record. When a credential is searched, the record is recomputed and checked against the stored SHA-256 digest.
If registered fields change, the integrity check fails.
This is a demonstration registry. A hash-backed record is tamper-evident; it should not be described as fully immutable on its own.
A production deployment should add authenticated issuance, signed and timestamped events, append-only storage, revocation/status history, controlled administrative actions, audit logs, retention rules and protected backups.
Those controls move the concept from a simple integrity check toward a durable evidence register that is much harder to alter without detection.
Current policy, public statement, role-appropriate training, acknowledgements and human-oversight expectations.
Search credentials, identify policy versions, review selected oversight events and assemble an authorized evidence packet.
Contain the issue, record corrective action, update controls and trigger refresher training where proportionate.
GovernSeal and the Business Readiness Program are designed to help organizations reduce avoidable AI-related liability exposure by improving training, human oversight, policy clarity, continuing competence and evidence. They support good-faith compliance efforts in a changing regulatory environment and provide verifiable training records. They do not guarantee legal compliance, prevent every loss or determine the outcome of an audit, claim or proceeding.
Commercial structure: the Chamber base licence includes the core training and verifiable credential experience described in the partner terms. Working organizational governance tools shown here may be offered as optional, already-discounted member upgrades eligible for the Chamber revenue-share program.
