A production GovernSeal deployment can preserve a manifest identifying the records included in the packet and their integrity values, helping show what evidence existed at the time it was assembled.
Training certificates remain independently searchable by credential ID, while broader employer evidence should be available only to authorized organizational users and disclosed according to purpose, policy and law.
